2. Estimates and Quotes

• All estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Estimates are based on current labor and material costs at the time they are issued.
• We reserve the right to revise an estimate if project conditions change or additional work is requested.

3. Payments and Billing

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in your contract.
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payments.
• Invoices not paid within 15 days may incur late fees.
• For recurring or monthly maintenance services, payments are due at the start of each service cycle.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations may result in a service charge.
• We reserve the right to postpone services due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, notify us within 48 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge.

6. Warranties and Limitations

• Plant health and growth are influenced by many external factors such as weather, irrigation, and soil conditions; therefore, no guarantee is made on plant survival unless specified in writing.
• Hardscape work (such as patios or retaining walls) includes a limited 1-year workmanship warranty against major defects.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden utilities, or customer misuse.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide clear access to the service area and disclose any underground utilities or irrigation systems.
• Pets should be secured during service appointments for safety.
• Any site debris or hazardous materials must be disclosed in advance.

8. Communications and SMS Policy

• By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related text messages such as appointment confirmations, updates, and review requests.
• You may also receive limited promotional messages if you have opted in to marketing communications.
• You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” to any message.
• Your phone number and contact preferences will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

9. Liability and Damages

Jessie Flores Landscape Co. will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Jessie Flores Landscape Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, engages in unsafe behavior, or fails to make payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ventura County, CA.
